Watch Out Fozzie and Millie - Pet Grooming School Here I Come!
So, today I started pet grooming school and it was a purrfect first day - lots of puppies all around!!! This is going to be a fun adventure and I can't wait to start my new career as a Pet Groomer. There's no missing the corporate life for me and I don't plan to EVER look back. I met too many of the worst kind of people there, some like I've never met before. That's not to say there weren't many wonderful people there and I will never forget them. I just don't fit in that kind of world, and that's okay with me. It was time to MOVE ON...
I hope you will enjoy this beautiful song by one of my favorite artists, George Michael.

Wildtree Gluten Free Brownies ~ Chocolatey Goodness!
These turned out so good!!! I used the Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil, but you can use the Wildtree Natural Butter Flavor Grapeseed Oil. The chocolate has a great, pure flavor; you would never know these brownies are gluten free!
Here's what you'll need...
1 pkg. Wildtree Gluten Free Brownie Mix
4 tablespoons Wildtree Natural or Butter Flavor Grapeseed Oil
or ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons low-fat milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Place brownie mix, Grapeseed Oil or butter, eggs, and milk in a large bowl, and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool and serve. Serves 16.

Hummus is one of my absolute favorite foods. Any way you make it, I love it! It's a wholesome treat that is great source of protein with the cholesterol lowering benefits of grape seed oil. Here is my Wildtree version that I came up with tonight, yummers!
Here's what Miss Millie was up to while I was in the kitchen. Stinky Millie Dean!
